Delete your account in the app

The fastest way to delete your account is from inside the app:

1. Open Us To Share and go to your profile.
2. Open Settings > Privacy Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. You will be signed out on all devices.

Can’t sign in?

If you no longer have access to your account, you can request deletion by emailing info@ustoshare.com with the subject “Account deletion request.” Please write from the email address associated with your account, or include your username, so we can verify the request. We will confirm and complete the deletion within the timeframes required by law.

What is deleted, and what is kept

When you delete your account, your profile, ratings and reviews, wishlist, and follower relationships are removed from the Service and are no longer visible to other users. We then delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Backup copies may persist for a limited time before being overwritten in the ordinary course.
